The postal codes to which the “Islands” shipping rate applies are the following:

Bottega Riviera guarantees secure shipping within 24–48 business hours from receipt of the order, provided that all ordered products are immediately available in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday.
To ensure freshness and quality, some products are ordered periodically in small quantities. If any of the ordered products are unavailable or are in the producer’s assortment (6–10 or 7–14 business days), and this is not indicated in the order summary email, you will be contacted by Customer Service.
To provide a tracked courier service with the best quality-to-price ratio, shipping works as follows: within 24–48 business hours from the time the order is processed at our warehouses, the shipping service will send you an email containing a link to access shipment tracking, allowing you to receive real-time delivery updates.
Although Bottega Riviera provides your phone number to the carrier so they may contact you, we cannot guarantee this will occur, as the shipping service is external to our systems and not directly under our control. For these reasons, any phone contact will occur solely at the discretion of the driver who physically delivers the parcel.
With the standard service, it is not possible to request preferred delivery time slots. However, upon specific request, additional services may be used, such as priority delivery, delivery to an upper floor, or delivery by appointment.
Shipping Address
Bottega Riviera delivers directly to the address provided by customers at the time of ordering. Please pay the utmost attention to the address entered during order confirmation.
Tracking
More precise information on delivery times will be available in the shipment tracking email. This email is automatically sent by the shipping service when the order is processed.
Bottega Riviera assumes no responsibility for any damage and/or misconduct occurring during transport. Such issues are attributable solely to the delivery service. In any case, Bottega Riviera Customer Service remains available to assist the Customer.
Packaging
Bottega Riviera pays particular attention to packaging. Our staff pack products according to their type and dimensions using dedicated packaging. Each product is assembled in the carton and separated from the rest of the order using suitable protective materials, boxed, and shipped via courier.
Failed Delivery
For delivery, the Customer or an authorized representative must be present at the address indicated in the order. If the Customer or representative is not present or is insolvent, the Customer will be charged (including on a subsequent purchase) the cost of delivery, any storage/holding fees, and the cost of products that can no longer be sold to third parties.
Bottega Riviera is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier or objectively caused by third parties (e.g., strikes, bad weather, disasters).
Upon receipt of the package, the Customer is invited to check:

that the number of parcels indicated on the waybill, delivery note (DDT), or invoice matches the number actually delivered;

that the package is intact and undamaged.
Any disputes must be reported to the courier by writing “RECEIVED WITH RESERVATION” on the signed waybill; otherwise, the package is deemed to have been delivered correctly.
Prices and Payment Methods
Product prices indicated in euros (€) on www.bottegariviera.com include VAT.
Any shipping and delivery charges will be specifically shown at order confirmation and before payment.
The applicable prices are those shown on the website at the time the Customer places the order. Individual product prices may change; therefore, the prices shown on the website from time to time replace and supersede those previously indicated.
The price of purchased products, together with the home delivery cost, must be paid by the Customer at the time of the online order, using the available payment methods.
Right of Withdrawal, Exceptions, and Returns Policy
Subject to the exceptions indicated below, you have the right to withdraw from the order without providing any reason within 14 business days from the date the ordered product is shipped and/or delivered (or the last product, batch, or item in the case of multiple goods, batches, or items delivered separately) or from the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send the relevant notice before the 14-business-day period expires and return the product to the premises of Regia Compagnia – Noli (SV).

Each bottle has its own storage history and has been checked by the Bottega Riviera Team before being offered for sale. For bottles we have stored for many years, we cannot guarantee that the wine is still perfectly preserved. Bottega Riviera guarantees that the condition of the bottle is exactly as described and shown in the product page description and photos. Any right of the Customer to claim damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and/or property caused by non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
Effects of Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
We will refund all payments received for the product for which withdrawal has been exercised within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
You must return the products to Regia Compagnia’s registered office within 14 business days from the day you communicated withdrawal, bearing the direct costs of returning the products. You may be held liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the event of:

supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery, or supply of products that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;

supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
-
supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
-
service contracts after full performance of the service by Bottega Riviera, where you expressly consent to performance and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal after full performance of the contract;
-
supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the sales contract, whose delivery may occur only after thirty days, and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations that cannot be controlled by Bottega Riviera.
Returns Policy
In addition to rights provided by law, products sold by Bottega Riviera may be returned to Regia Compagnia within 14 days of delivery (subject to the exceptions to the right of withdrawal), provided they are intact and in the same condition in which they were delivered.
To return a product, write to us or call us. Bottega Riviera will refund only the price paid for the purchase. We will not refund the shipping costs you paid to receive the item you are returning. Transportation risks and return costs are entirely at your expense. These terms are additional and do not affect your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal described above.

This “Shipping and Payment Methods” notice is governed by the General Terms of Sale and the Service Terms. The General Terms of Sale govern the sale of products and, where applicable, services through the website when Bottega Riviera acts as the seller (“General Terms of Sale”). Bottega Riviera offers a wide range of services and, at times, you may be subject to additional terms and conditions. When you use any Bottega Riviera service, you will be subject to the terms, guidelines, and conditions applicable to that specific service (“Service Terms”). In the event of any conflict between these General Terms of Sale and the Service Terms, the Service Terms shall prevail.
Please read the General Terms of Sale carefully before making any purchase. By making a purchase, you fully accept the General Terms of Sale. If the Customer is a consumer, once the online purchasing procedure is completed, they will print or save an electronic copy and keep the General Terms of Sale, in accordance with Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling.
