Tasting Notes: Golden color. Aroma of malts and tropical fruits thanks to a blend of local honey fermented with Belgian yeasts and spicy thanks to orange peel and coriander. Dry and intense flavor with a delicate note of the aromas of acacia and chestnut honey and a herbaceous hint of hops. Long finish.
 
Pairings: Egg pasta, Piedmontese fried foods, meats with honey. However, it can also be enjoyed at the end of a meal accompanied by dessert or fresh fruit.
 
The Brewery: The beers are produced respecting the dictates of artisanal production. There is a careful choice of each raw material for each individual recipe, trying to favor local Ø km products. Each beer keeps the entire body and substance of the raw materials used intact as neither mechanical filtration nor pasteurization is carried out. The clarity of the product is obtained with the natural precipitation of yeasts and heavy particles during the fermentation process. The refermentation in the bottle naturally develops the carbonation of the beer. The brewery is located on the hill at the foot of the majestic Guarene castle in a wing of the ancient "Cascina del Conte", a very suggestive courtyard structure dating back to 1700 characterized inside by majestic brick vaults under which the production plants are located of the brewery. Outside it is possible to admire the Roero on the northern side with its large cultivated fields, vineyards, fortresses and woods, while on the opposite side the deep valley of the Tanaro river beyond which the Langhe rises steeply.
