 The Company: Sandra Battista runs a small business dedicated to sharing Apulian culinary culture with as many people as possible. Handmade in a bakery in Cerignola, they follow a traditional recipe: they're boiled before baking to make them crispier and lighter. Seven flavors are available: oil, fennel, olive, onion, chili pepper, cacio e pepe, arugula, and parmesan.
