Purchasing raw coffee beans is one of the key steps; they are selected based on their place of origin, the care the grower dedicates to the plantation, and the post-harvest selection. Roasting is done by hand every day, each individual bean, using a roasting machine that ensures uniform roasting. The wide variety allows you to choose the coffee that best suits your tastes.
