Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC - Casino Murri
 
 
 Pure Cerasuolo grapes, a varietal located in the hills of the province of Chieti. The must is obtained by soft pressing of the grapes, and after 24 hours of low-temperature contact with the skins, it is fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 8 months.
