Gin Rose Expression - Silent Pool
 
To achieve the extraordinary scent and taste of rose, this gin has been distilled with a single infusion of rose tea. To give the refreshing rose notes enough space and expression, some of the original plant substances, such as pears, bergamot or cardamom, have been enhanced.

Tasting Notes: Light colour. Bouquet notes of rose, lavender, chamomile, juniper. With a soft, dry flavour, light sweetness, notes of strong rose, juniper, citrus fruits. A long lasting, dry finish.
 
Cocktail: Pour 50 ml of Silent Pool Gin into a Silent Pool Gin glass filled with ice, fill with 150 ml of Premium Indian Tonic. Garnish with an orange segment or enhance the experience with Silent Pool Mist - Orange and Bergamot Liquid Garnish.
 
The Distillery: Silent Pool Distillery was founded by some friends on Albury Estate in Surry Hills. This distillery is located next to the mystical Silent Pool, a lake fed by mysterious spring waters.
