White Wine - Abruzzo - 75cl Bottle - 13% ABV - Straw yellow color; aromas of white flowers and white peach. The flavor is bold and mineral, reminiscent of the yeasts that created it. To best enjoy it, a Renano glass is recommended. A wine with a strong temperament, it pairs beautifully with flavorful traditional Abruzzo dishes; it is particularly good with roasted or baked fish and white meats. Made from pure Pecorino grapes, a varietal found in the hills of the province of Chieti. The grapes are gently pressed, the must is fermented at low temperatures with native yeasts, and the wine is aged in steel tanks: the simplicity of the preparation highlights the grape's finest expressive characteristics. Cantina San Giacomo is located between the sea of the Costa dei Trabocchi and the hills; an ideal setting for its vineyards' perfect exposure and the benefits the sea brings to the quality of its wines. The unique characteristics of this terroir give rise to the aromatic fragrances of the full-bodied red wines and the delicate notes of the white wines. The winery's vineyards are located in the Rocca San Giovanni area and surrounding municipalities in the province of Chieti. For years, the winery has been certified to produce organic wine, and has encouraged its cultivation. The recommended serving temperature is 8°C.
