TEQUILA - MEZCAL
Tequila originates in the state of Jalisco and is obtained from the fermentation and distillation of blue agave (Agave tequilana), an iconic plant of the town of Tequila and its surrounding areas. An identity-driven, pure, and vertical spirit, it expresses a clean, unmistakable profile closely tied to the botanical specificity of blue agave.
Mezcal, produced mainly in Oaxaca, uses various agave species and older production traditions, often involving the underground cooking of the piñas. The result is a spirit with deep structure, complex character, rich smoky nuances, and a strong connection to Mexican artisanal culture.
